Telephone Technical Support Services / Depot Repair
Support calls can include both telephone and on-site support. All support calls, including those required on-site, will be logged, tracked and escalated as necessary to ensure that you receive timely, reliable, professional and courteous technical support services.
TMC will provide technical support and call dispatch. TMC will log the technical call and provide technical telephone support. Calls requiring on-site technical support will be dispatched based upon the call priority and severity. You will be informed of call status and call escalation if required.
On-site Technical Support Services
On-site Technical support is dispatched from the Help desk after telephone support is provided by TMC. The technician is aware of the call details and the call priority. In dispatching a technician, TMC ensures the right resource is sent to resolve your support call. The end result being that calls are handled in a timely, professional and courteous manner with proper call tracking and call escalation.
