The TMC Comprehensive Support Package consists of a comprehensive suite of services designed to provide technical support for computer systems and associated office technologies. The focus is to allow small to medium size businesses the advantage of having priority access to a team of qualified technical support personnel without the cost of hiring full time resources. The scope of the coverage includes all on-site labour and parts required to keep your system up and running.
We offer this service by charging a monthly subscription rate based on the number and type of systems the client wishes to include in the program. The TMC dispatcher will use an equipment inventory database to determine which systems are covered under the support package. The equipment database will contain the equipment configuration, serial numbers, and equipment ID tag information to assist with problem determination and repair history.
